So the name is Vettori and there is a typo in the first name, I don't want to write it down because if you type it into Google there is only 1 hit. So I'd say Arturo Vettori

Finally!

Yes, this is Arturo Vettori´s "Luftschiff" (airship) and I guess this was a translation of the original Italian name into German.

It featured a 46HP engine and it is told that the  front went up during its 120 km/h drive-flying mode - scary... :)

And it is two points for you!

Yes. I had an e-mail from the solver today asking me to move it, and for some reason the "solved" option refused to appear when I attempted the move. Odd. I can only assume because someone else was using it at the same time, if you see what I mean.
