The chassis is Tecno-like, the bodywork Alpine-like; did only 5 races with Alfa-Wainer-engine in 1972; then on with the Pedrazzani brothers’ -developed Nova-engine (Toyota Celica based)

Thanks for all your assistance in solving this. I was confused at first because with the large bodywork it looked much older ( c.1964) in the style of a Cooper or even an updated Formula Junior. So I concentrated on researching in the wrong direction. To me a Birel was a Brabham copy.
