A friend on Discord suggested this could be a heavily rebuilt Nissan Diesel Sungreat but we can't confirm it.
Seems to be harder to identify than we thought.

The Clipper was the first thing it reminded us of but it's clearly a larger and different truck. Perhaps it's Chinese.
