It's from the Race Planet venture operated on zandvoort by the Bleekemolen family. Nowadays they seem to use the old Formula Renault 1.6 cars for the single-seater experience. So this must be what they used to operate earlier, probably also from some discontinued racing series?

I think I got it. It's the 1992 Reynard FVL Mk. II used in Formula Vauxhall/Opel Lotus.
