Please identify this car for a point. It has a name, and an interesting back story.

There is a Brazilian car that I know the description, but I didn´t find a picture in any place. So, is it the Woerdenbag CL1, build by the same man that build the Woerdenbag Packard?

Rambler Royce, Australia 1976.
If I understand correctly it was owned by the Mayor of Gold Coast, a sea resort.
When parking meters were introduced in the 60s, fearing that they would drive tourists away, he hired the Meter Maids, gold bikini clad beauties to roam the streets and help..

It is not from Brazil, because as Hiawatha correctly says it is from Australia. It's a Rambler Royce - a Rolls-Royce replica based on a Rambler chassis, sporting a Ford 460 engine. Two were built in 1976, this one was found at a Brisbane used car lot in 1985.
