This is a Wilton Fijenoord armored car from 1933 built on the Krupp L2H143 chassis for the Netherlands East Indies forces.
Two examples were built.
It proved not suitable and was sold back to the maker who in turn sold them to Brazil.

And the point goes to Bill Murray.  I believe there were actually 3 made.  I read that one wound up in Germany near the end of WWII.

Sorry, yes, it was 3, not 2. Below are the German and Brazilian versions.

As an explanation for the quick response, I have belonged to a NEI history forum since the early 2000's and I remembered this one.  Perhaps you used the same source.
