A bland little car, of complicated origins.

What is the simple make and model of this car, and when was it created.  To earn your point, also name the company which built it.

A facelifted car of foreign origins which ended up being built in India?

Some of the roots of this car go back to Japan.  The car was not built in India or Japan

Stupid me, I should have noticed that the steering wheel is on the left...

Is it built in Asia?

No problem!

It seems to be a facelifted Mazda Familia / 323... Hainan CA7130 / Happin?

Is it based on a Ford Escort of the 1980's.

Not based on a Ford, or an Escort.

This car is from China.

One point awarded to studhamsmudger for the correct answer.

This plastic-bodied car is said to be based on the Tianjin-Xiali, which has links to the Diahatsu Charade.
