Swiss licence plate, looks like a Bernath body, but that's only a guess, no proof.

Bernath built around 25 cabriolets on chassis from Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Citroėn, Talbot and Jaguar.

and I have a pic of the Talbot, one tagged as Mercedes (license GE30782 and GE30454) plus 1 unidentified (NE9338 - another Alfa?).

I would not be at all surprised if this is a pre-war car (say a Lincoln Zephyr Convertible), which has been modernised immediately post war. Bernath is quite a possible option.  The treatment of the sills looks quite old fashioned to me, other than other Bernath creations. I also note that the car is left hand drive, so either an American or a German chassis would appear likely to me other than Franch, Italian or English, which were often still in RHD, and a certain group of users in Switzerland preferred this because of driving in the mountains.
