Its builder with another of his creations, this time using a FIAM body:

Is it a Lissy 50 with a 50ccm Sachs engine?

Wendax

No, I think the Lissy was based on the Decsa Lisa, while the car pictured above is based on a FIAM Johnny Panther. Anyhow, I am not looking for ATW, which marketed the Lissy.

Yes! Find the builder's name (where Wigo is derived from) and the puzzle will be solved finally.
Locked for you of course.

Willi Golfier.

It was not easy to find but not impossible  ;D

Wendax

Two well-earned points to you.

The source from 1985:

The car still exists and recently turned up for sale in Lublin, Poland!
It is erroneously labelled as a Wendax 440. I can't imagine why!  8)

Nice becoming a reference!

I am actually considering buying it. The price is a bit high though, for something that does not run, is in a rather poor state and no-one is going to appreciate it because no-one has any idea what it actually is.
It's not denial, I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.
