I've been unable to find anything what so ever about any prewar Auto Union other than the racing and record cars.
I'm only guessing, was it 3 liters?

I did find something about an Auto Union Spezial-Geladesportwagen at a deicast model forum and it seems to have had a 1.5 liter engine.
