What a woodie!

For one point, please respond and identify car and coachbuilder.

Mercedes 170 rebodied in Spain?

I don't associate wooden estate car bodies with Germany, but is it German? Perhaps with a non-German body.
It's hard to know what size it is, but I'd say that it was bigger than the 170V suggestes by luisps

Right in all aspects: a German car bigger than a Mercedes-Benz 170, with a non-German body

Allan L

Well perhaps the side-mount spare wheel is a clue - the bigger Mercedes-Benz and AU models often had that arrangement.

OK. If A-U then not DKW(!) and probably not Wanderer so I'll try Horch. The bonnet doesn't look long enough to hold a straight-8 so perhaps it's an 830. A quick Google for Horch 830 came up with this which is so similar it must be the one (or were there more?):

Interesting mystery.

Seems to be more than one, this one a different colour and a different registration but otherwise almost identical.

No, it is the same car. Those are just short time number plates. You certainly found the car. Look for the museum where it can be seen and that will hopefully lead you to the coachbuilder.

Locked for you.

OK, locked for Allan L and Bill Murray.  :)

I found a website of an enthusiast where he posted the puzzle photo and he says it is "ein Horch 830 BL mit einem Woody Sonderaufbau der Firma Tarbuk in Wien zu sehen."
I have no idea if he's right but F.M. Tarbuk & Co was the A-U agent in Vienna which is a good start. I cannot tell if F.M. Tarbuk & Co made the body or commissioned someone else to make it.
Coachbuilder F.M. Tarbuk & Co  is my answer at present.

And that's worth the point!
