Time has left its traces.

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

Central section is from a Citroën Traction Avant (a pre-war, or an early post-war one, as it uses Michelin Pilote wheels), with front and rear parts grafted on. Now, as for the company responsible for the modification... I'll try Mézille & Renard?

Hello Lorenzo! You are right about this car being a modified Citroen Traction Avant. But it was not done by Mézille & Renard. Try again!   :)

Found. That's the LM proposed by a Mr. Mitre. Certainly not the better known, but pleasant.

Well done! I'm happy to award you point #2.
The Transformation LM was done by Louis Mitre and was called Type Americain.

...and I am very happy to learn that "Type Américain" was an official designation for this model. Thanks Wendax for the info!
