Yes - ИЖ-ТЭ (which my computer tells me is IL-TE) is right, but the picture was also captioned with another name, perhaps a model name.  It seems a bit of a daft one so I'm not convinced it really was its name, but I'll lock this for you to have a look and see if you can come up with it (if it was its real name that is...!)

I suppose you're referring to "Опытный" (Opytniy), which Google translates as "Experienced", although it seems to me that the more correct translation is probably "experimental".
By the way, I correct the date, it seems most sources date it as from 1967, not 1970
Google also transliterates "Ж" as "L" on my screen but that clearly makes no sense. This letter is always commonly transliterated in English as "Zh", as in "Doctor Zhivago" ("Доктор Живаго")
