I don't know what the source is (obviously), but there weren't any model names, it was only ever called Bamby (although sometimes misspelled as Bambi) manufactured by Bamby Cars Ltd. The company was formed in 1982 and over it's life the car had two body styles, initial models had a gull-wing door and one headlight and were fitted with a 50cc Malaguti (Minarelli) engine, then they used 50cc Yamaha Pasolo engines, then it was redesigned and had a more conventional side door, twin headlights and a 50cc Suzuki CS50D Roadie engine - these latter ones are sometimes known as Mk 2's, but only informally. Production ceased in 1984.
