I think it's the same car....the SELF 3, a cyclecar built in Sweden by Weierd Brother in 1919.

Yes! Well found. I'm going to award the point to you, but I have very little information about this car. What details I have - there were 3 Self cars built between 1916 and 1922, the first was a single-cylinder car, the second in 1919 was powered by a 4-cylinder Phanomen engine, and the third was a v-twin in 1922. Your information claims that this is the Self 3 in 1919!

There is no doubt it is the same car.

The builders were Per and Hugo Weiertz, not Weierd.
