#3 is a 1929 Ford roadster built by Dick Dean.

#17 is called the "Elegant Farmer" The Wild Wheelbarrow Rod and it was built by Willard Wayne. Also found out it's powered by a V4 Lancia engine. My favorite of these puzzle vehicles.

#9: A house that looks like it was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright; in front of that, a 49 Mercury that looks like it was kustomized by George Barris and in front of that, a man who looks like he just received the bill for both of the aforementioned items along with divorce papers from his soon-to-be ex-wife.   :lmao:

RtR (too tired to think clearly)

Darryl Starbird's custom van, Vantasta, is #10. Built all in metal, it was based on a 1974 Ford van, but powered by a 500hp Chevrolet 350ci. engine. It was completely driveable, so not a show car per se.

The clue to this one came from a YouTube video, which makes me think video sites may be an untapped resource for other puzzles.

#4 "Bugsbuggy" - see red pic attached.
#19 "The Astroid" - I read it's based on a '62 corvair.
#23 Carl Casper's "Futurian". Obviousely it's the transformed "Illusion".

Another correct ID

And I've been using YouTube screen shots in puzzles for quite a while, as it it can thwart Search by Image cheaters.
