I'll be honest, I've forgotten the new regulations!  I think Pro level is now 400 instead of 200 - I have re-read Carnut's explanation of the changes, and it doesn't tell us what to do in this instance. In theory, anything that gets promoted to Pro level should be open for Pros to answer, so I'm going to have to agree with you on this one.

Yes, any puzzle on the Pro board is now open to all Pro's.
Anyone with fewer than 400 pts isn't a Pro any more but has reverted to Expert.
