Renault 18 4x4 Variable break built by Czech based company Robertone Motors.
Not sure about the year, I found both 1984 and 1998. Maybe the base car is a 1984 model, and the conversion took place in 1998.

It looks so much like a Subaru Brat, but still like a Renault 18. 

It came to an unpleasant end.
