According to my information (it's not alot), there's were 3 Reliant-prototypes developed in the beginning of the seventies with a Steyr-Puch engine, called the Model 70. The first one, a threewheeler, was later donated to a retiring Chief Designer. The second one (a threewheeler and basicly the same car as the first one, but with round headlamps) and the third one (a fourwheeler with round headlamps AND the car in your photo) was later used for little runabouts in the factory.
