Isn't it lovely?
For one point, please respond and identify this car and the year it appeared.

No interest in this cutie so far. So it has to move up.
-
Turrinelli Microtaxi AT9
-
Yes, it is. Give me the year and I give you the point. ;D
-
Oops, forgot to complete my answer.
1959!
Here's a front view:
-
Absolutely right. Another well-earned point for you.
The unaltered puzzle picture:
-
Am I correct in presuming this is a four-wheeler? Or does it only have three?
-
Looks like a four-wheeler to me, no space for a central front wheel left.
-
Where and when this picture was taken and the name of this vehicle for one point
-
The picture was taken at the 1957 Milan trade fair. However the name of the vehicle is more elusive. At this fair they were referred to as PYE micro-taxis, but identical electric taxi's were used at several Milan trade fairs and were sponsored by Cinzano in 1952 and Durban's toothpaste in 1954.
I can't establish who made them or what their manufacturer named them, but I did find a company who has a restored example available to hire!
-
I've the same name (PYE) and the same location: I think the point is yours!
-
We had it before as the Turrinelli Microtaxi AT9.
Merged.
-
In Cinzano livery at the 1952 fair
