No interest in this cutie so far. So it has to move up.

Am I correct in presuming this is a four-wheeler? Or does it only have three?

Looks like a four-wheeler to me, no space for a central front wheel left.
Title: Solved - THOR #151: PYE microtaxi (1957)

Where and when this picture was taken and the name of this vehicle for one point

The picture was taken at the 1957 Milan trade fair. However the name of the vehicle is more elusive. At this fair they were referred to as PYE micro-taxis, but identical electric taxi's were used at several Milan trade fairs and were sponsored by Cinzano in 1952 and Durban's toothpaste in 1954.

I can't establish who made them or what their manufacturer named them, but I did find a company who has a restored example available to hire!
