Solved: PN #850 -- Minnow replica from Germany, cca 2008

I don't know who built this - I just know where it was built and what this was supposed to be. So ID the country and what's written on the front of the car and then I give you a point!

Yes this was supposed to be a Bonnallack Minnow replica from Germany built around 2008 (the year is not 100 percent)
