I have a different name and a different place for it, and I'm pretty sure about it.
In Pop's Kustoms website, you can find that name too.
Locked for you: I'd like to know who actually build these cars and where.

Because of the pickup next to the puzzle car, I'm certain the photo was taken in Bremerton or Silverdale, Washington.  But I will keep hunting for the info.

Built by "mini classic car" in Bangkok, Thailand.  I was wrong to say the pickup was in Washington State, as it appears to be from Thailand as well.

Yes! There are several pictures of different kitcars (Cobra, Aventador, Ferrari P4, Porsche, etc...) in their facebook page.
I like the joyful mood in that workshop.
