Started with bicycles and became quite known with motorcycles.
Make & model, no lock for the maker alone... ;)
Not too hard, that firm was named at least twice on AP and the last time few days ago...

Frera 'il Piccolo' 6HP it is!
According to different sources it was powered by a V-twin engine mountend in the front.
No doubt it was a Ruppe product and they later imported Zedel cars too.
