Although this is an "arranged" photoshoot, the driver was a well-known actress of the time who enjoyed driving fast cars. She also liked to help old people and her biggest hope was for world peace............ ;D.

I found the name of the actress, but the car......

So, The automobile is a Stutz that is known as the Weightman Special and the actress is Elinor Blevins!

Correct on all counts. Another point to you. The car is pictured at Benning Race Track, Washington DC.

I had some more information about the car, which I've managed to lose. I think it had a Wisconsin engine.
