IAME is what I was looking for but you've got the gist of it..
The puzzle picture is the original prototype and was apparently inspired by the 1951 Chevrolets, very popular in Argentina at the time.

You make me look in old books the complete name was IAME Institec Justicialista sedan 2 door
IAME refers to Industrias Aero Mecanicas del Estado. (state aero mechanical industries)
Institec was the mix of INSTItuto TECnico (Technical Institute)
Justicialista refers to the name of the goverment in tourn
