Is it the Fiat-1100-Pininfarina-based ASA 1000 prototype?

No, it's already been established that it's a Ferrari and that there is a Pininfarina connection although this is not actually by them.
No ASA connection at all.

Indeed it is, so that's the 2nd question answered.
I still need to know the full answer to the first question for the point though; 'Ferrari' is not enough!

It was a Ferrari 195 Inter Coupe Ghia 2+2, chassis number 0183EL 52.

Correct.
It was originally supplied as a 195 Inter but was soon up-graded to a 212.
It was re-bodied by Pininfarina in 1952 into a coupé, but I have never seen a picture of it in that form.
It was again re-bodied in the late 1950s, this time by Pedro Serra but apparently in a very similar style to the Pininfarina body.  This is that car in that form.
It was rebodied again in the 1970s by Carrozzeria Allegretti into a Touring Barchetta, which is pictured below.
Also pictured is the car as puzzled with its Serra body, which looks to me very like a Pininfarina 250 GT.  If it is indeed a bit of a copy of the 1952 PF body then that was quite prophetic as it was a number of years before their 250 GTs looked like this.
