I'm just enjoying this puzzle.  :)

Is Chevrolet or Chevy part of the title of song #7?

No, Chevy or Chevrolet are not in the title (or the lyrics).

Then let's have a closer look at the young lady polishing the 1953 Ford F-100 panel van. Does the title of song #9 contain the word van?

Having spent far too long trying to find songs about '64 Chevrolets, I eventually came to my senses, and thought that the fact that Song #4 shows a police car might be more significant. That led me to the guitar instrumental "Squad Car", originally by the Bel-Airs. There are quite a few cover versions, but I didn't make any progress until I found a 2003 CD compilation called "Lost Legends of Surf Guitar, Volume 3". This has three tracks by a group called Thom Starr and the Galaxies, who I had never heard of, but looking into it further, they did a cover version of "Squad Car", and Thom Starr is Artist #7.

It wasn't easy to find, because the group only recorded one album ("Sons of the Beach", 1963) and a few other tracks, but none of the recordings were issued at the time, and only appeared together for the first time in a 2010 compilation CD "South Bay Surf: Anthology 1963-64". Thom Starr left the group in 1964, and was briefly replaced by Paul Johnson from the Bel-Airs, who wrote "Squad Car", so I suppose it was all somehow in the family.

So Song #4, "Squad Car" and Artist #7, Thom Starr and the Galaxies.

No extra credits for deducting that the last pair is song #9 and arttist #2, I guess.  ;D

No points at all, without an ID of the song and the artist (not just the #'s) :)

And we are still in sixties surf territory for the last one. Firstly, Song #9. The young lady in the picture is Karolina, originally from Poland, but now living in Detroit. For her many talents she was selected by the Casite lubricant company to be "Miss Motor Honey" for their 90th anniversary year, when she appeared in a calendar and other publicity material.

I'm not sure if Casite products have ever been sold in the UK - I don't think I've come across them - but Casite Motor Honey oil additive has been around for a long time. Fast rewind about 50 years from when Karolina became the company's mascot, and you might have heard a radio advert with a song extolling the virtues of this lubricant concoction sung by a group called "The Four Wheels". They were clearly modelled on The Beach Boys, though they were from Indianapolis rather than the California coast. For most of their career they were called "The Boys Next Door", but when they signed with Mercury Records, the company renamed them, apparently without consulting them. It wasn't the most inspired title for a group with five members, but I suppose the A&R people knew what they were doing.

Anyway, the advert was recorded, and while it doesn't figure in their discography, it is included as a track on a 1999 CD issue of their complete recordings called "The Boys Next Door".

So Song #9, Casite Motor Honey (radio advert spot) and Artists #2, The Four Wheels, (aka The Boys Next Door).

And that's a wrap!

That's 7 points for Wendax, and three 3 for Tom_I. I will try to include more lubricant ditty's and cop car songs in the next puzzle :)
