The point goes to oko94. That's the car - it was raced by Taylor in 1959 and then sold and the new owner entered the car in races for the Monoposto Formula. This was a very "British" series which encouraged home-built or modified production single-seat race cars. The idea was to encourage new constructors so they didn't have to race against the established Cooper and Lotus cars.

David Taylor went on to make the Evad series of racing cars.
