As I said in Reply #3 there are no Panhard bits here, but you're onto something when you mention Berkeley, so I'll lock it for you to look into further.

Ah sorry I mis-read that to the exact opposite meaning. There was a Berkley built with Panhard bits.

This one looks like a Berkeley SE328 with North American specification add on light pods. I seem to recall seeing the exact photo above at some point in the past.
