I'd easily imagine this as coming from East Germany, shortly after World War Two.

I think West Germany, DKW F10, with body by Karl Baur of Stuttgart.

Baur is correct, but it is not a DKW F10.

Yes, the DKW F10 used the same body, but the puzzle car still isn't one.
