You can't trust what is in the web, but I found in the same one that PANNONIA, also from Hungary made the same type of threewheeler, maybe as both were part of the Csepel group.

no, nothing to do with Pannonia or Csepel.
The makers of Szabolcs produced a successor - and that is the puzzle. Still locked.

It looks that says Nyirseg. Looking at Wikipedia this is the name of an area of Hungary named Szabolcs, looks logical...
Also it looks that that "motocarro" was in use by the Post of Hungary.
