The website is still up, but the last time production was recoded by the Iranian Vehicle Manufacturers Association was in March, 2014 (last month of Iranian year 1393 - now we are in Iranian year 1395)

From what I can tell from using Google translate it seems that ITMCO's trucks are produced under the brand name "Azerbaijan Diesel"... (ADVMCO = Azerbaijan Diesel Vehicle Manufacturing Company). Strange name choice.

No, Azerbaijan is a region in Iran - and that's where the factory is
