Here's a similar car from 1905.

Hallamshire cars were made by Durham, Churchill & Co. Ltd, Sheffield, Yorkshire, till 1906.
They kept the Charabancs and truck production under the Churchill name untill 1925.

Sorry, I did not know about the Churchill bit.

But the long and short of it: This car was made by Durham, Curchill & Co.  in 1906.

The first "h" is missing in Churchill.
