Well, the door arrangement looks strange, either a gullwing or a very short door (or my eyes fool me  ;D ).

It looks like there are hinges on the top of the side windows, so they can probably rotate upwards. Otherwise I don't understand how you can enter the car as there's a distinct lack of door shutlines.

I think I've got it!  This is the Circa, a mid-engine Ford Escort XR3-powered central seater, built by Terry Smith in Scotland in 1984. The Circa had 3/5 seats, Gullwing doors and a modified Citroen CX roof.
