yes, during the first few races this car sported a Lada engine, but later it was replaced with a powertrain from another brand

no, this has got nothing to do with the Arsenal. That's a totally different road-legal car. This one is a racer. But you're right, this one was built in Hungary

I realised that was a wild guess as I couldn't find any photos of the Arsenal but thought it was worth a try!

Was the picture taken during Pecs hillclimb, if you have this information? In around 1981.

According to Google Maps it was taken about 445 km from Pécs but the date is about right
