That's Eddie Hall's Bentley 4.25 litre at Le Mans 1950. He raced what appeared to be unsuitable "Derby" Bentleys before WW2 in the Ards TT races, with some success, and covert assistance from Rolls-Royce. He resurrected the old car for this race and fitted it with rudimentary streamlining, and finished 8th overall against much more modern cars.

He actually drove the entire distance single-handed (nominated co-driver was Tom Clarke), and is probably the only person in the history of the race to do this, although rumour has it that Luigi Chinetti may have done it in 1949 (his co-driver certainly drove only a few laps at best).
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

I think it's the Eddie Hall 1933 Offord bodied 4.25 BENTLEY at Le Mans, 1950.

I am honoured by your One Point.  I would have preferred cash, though.  Your picture shows ROLLS BENTLEY as the pit name.  I suppose ROYCE BENTLEY would have been a little more appropriate!
