This one is a SaMil 20 (South African Military), a variant of the Magirus Deutz 130M7FAL (Unimog).

I have not found an exact build date for this version but they were built in the 1980's/1990's and are still being re-manufactured for both military and civilian use.

The basic variant is a 2 ton 4x4 truck with several body types.  It was also made as the Bulldog and Rhino armoured APCs.
