This picture shows a Cobra replica by Wilderness EV, but they state that it is "a Cobra Fiberglass Kit on VW Chassis (Not Actual Picture)"
Googling the name of the file, I found it is a Special Edition MKIII-R, Rush-powered by Superformance.
