I've been searching with no result. This car was on sale on 2011.
The description says (in Spanish)
"Cycle car de aluminio, chasis estructural, motor 2 cilíndros tipo avionizado, tablero de madera, tapizador de cuero, llantas de simil rayos, detalles de calidad".
(Aluminum Cyclecar, structural chassis, 2 cylinders engine, type "avionizado" (like an airplane?), wooden dash, leather upholstery, ray wheels like, quality details).
This sale ad doesn't contain the builder's name. There was another sale ad, where I took originally the pictures, that it's gone.
So, I  don't have a clue about the builder.
