It's an Australian car called Pieces of Eight, based on a 1937 Morris Eight.

I expected someone from Oz to solve this - well done. Having said that, the radiator shell is pretty unmistakeable and nobody bothered to have a guess. They could have earned a lock.

It was built by Peter Wilson around 1988/90 and features a Radman supercharger.
