Well, since you didn't say it was locked for kwgibbs . . .

For American customized cars I alway consult the excellent Kustomrama page, and since we have learned that it's a Plymouth, that made the search a lot easier. The hooded dual headlamps looked like mid to late 1950s, and there it was. It is Jim and George Bernardo's 1957 Plymouth convertible of Milford, Connecticut. The car was completed in 1961 and made its show debut at the 1961 Hartford Autorama. The particular specialty of Jim & George was the then-new "metalflake" paint, and this silver car was reportedly one of the first cars to feature a metalflake paint job.

Sorry kw, but I felt that having guessed Plymouth wasn't really enough for a lock. Fyreline of course solved it correctly.
