Year and marque, please, and to get the full point, what part of the car provides it with its name?

1964 The Penny Ford F3

Correct - this has been so long in the Experts that the Pros had plenty of time to solve it! No disrespect intended.

Built by David Coode  in the UK but now residing in Australia. Nobody seems to know exactly why it got its name, but this might be a clue - welded to the steering boss.

Golly, you have to be ultra quick around here! It took Oko just 33 seconds to respond!! I saw this car at the Chateaux Impney Hillclimb a couple of months ago, where your photo was taken I assume...

Yes, but not by me! The internet claims the car is now in Oz - it seems a long way to come for a hillclimb retrospective.

Gotta be in the right place at the right time !

In fact I solved this puzzle weeks ago, as I noticed the car was on the same parking lot as PN #928. Once the Chateau Impney event was identified it was quite easy to find any entrant...

Thanks for my 618th point !

Women's ability to multi-task is a myth.
They can't even have a headache and sex at the same time...
