Not French, because this is what it is, or what the source says it is. The radiator shell is very distinctive, so it ought to be a TB, but Georgano does not mention any 4-wheel cars. I obtained the puzzle photo from a site dedicated to the marque, so I can only assume that they know more than me - maybe it was a prototype that was never produced, or possibly a conversion kit.
