I don't know much about SCAT cars; just the radiator's shape gave it away. As for the year, 1910 seems close enough. But for the model... 22/32 HP?

I'm going to award the point for that answer. It is indeed from 1913, although I have no idea what a "5" is. I think you may mean "15" - my source called this the 14/16hp model, although the Georgano Encyclopedia says it was a 15hp car.

If it helps I can say that, when the VCCofGB had a Dating Committee and I was on it, we Dated the car in Lorenzo's photo as a 1913 15 h.p. SCAT.
On the internet there seems to be only an unattributed identification of this photo as a 14/16hp and as it was an Australian photo, perhaps that was the designation in Australia.

PS I've just done a Google Image check and the caption for this photo is 1913 SCAT 5 seat tourer - so there'e where the confusion arises.

To say the truth my sources about pre-WW1 cars are rather thin, so I had to rely on whatever I found on the net for my second proposal... I was uneasy about the name "5" as it didn't fit with the way SCAT seemed to name its models, so I guess someone has mistyped "15 HP" at some point and the mistake has spread throughout the internet.
