For one point, I want to know the driver (easy) the car and engine combination, and the name of the person for whom the car was built.

John Cooper at Goodwood in late 49 early 50 testing the Cooper Sunbeam ( motorcycle engine ) made for Lance Callingham, Lady Docker's son from her first marriage.

Very well answered indeed - I thought it was harder than that!

It was a modified F3 chassis, and the Sunbeam engine -488cc inline twin- was chosen because it was made by Docker's Daimler/BSA Group. In fact the engine was underpowered and abandoned.  I think John Cooper eventually made him a modified Cooper sports car.
