It's a Barrett Minor, introduced in 1956 and replaced in 1959 by the Barrett Midget. Both cars developed and produced for the Ministry of Health in the UK by W&F Barrett Ltd of Bristol.

Under the old rules that would have made you an Expert but now you've still got to identify another 30 puzzles before you'll achieve that!

I just took the registration number out from beneath the headlight, but the original was no better...
