Exactly. It's 1932, and the co-driver is Dick Brennan. (My source spells his first name as Pierce, but i think you are more probably correct.)

From Wikipedia "Margaret Tynan (born November 15th, 1930 – died October 28th, 2007)  ~  was the daughter of Pierce Tynan, founder of the Kilkenny Motor Company.  ~  Tynan was a rally driver and occasionally beat Rosemary Smith."  Given the motor trade and competition connections maybe it is Pierce rather than Pierse or Piers.
