You may be looking for the name AMT Piranha, but that would be incorrect for the car in your image. Your image shows the very first car - at the time only referred to as the CRV-Centaur (and retroactively referred to as "CRV-I"). At this point, AMT was not yet involved and the name Piranha not yet used. As for "the specific part it's build on," the initial prototype shown in your image was constructed by mounting a two-piece thermoformed plastic body onto one of Centaur's tubular, chrome-moly racing chassis.

By the way, this is a very well-known and well-documented car. There is no shortage of information available about the development of this car and the variants that followed.
