Designed by Franco Scaglione. While the initial car was bodied by Viarenzo & Filliponi, the rest of the production bodies were built by Rocco Motto.

You seem very specific with that info, which I haven't been able to verify anywhere..
It's true the car is rumoured to have been designed by Scaglione, but there is no proof and no record of any of his designs for it.

Which Carrozzeria did the design which was accepted by Porsche, although ultimately they were not in a position to build the run of 21 which was ordered?  You say Rocco Motto built them, which would have been under sub-contract from the Carrozzeria, but all the sites I've been on say that despite much speculation about who physically built the cars it is not known for certain; maybe it is now!

Anyway, this is locked for you to say which Carrozzeria was responsible for the initial design and first prototype?

I'm sure the answer you're looking for is Zagato.

However, I don't think Zagato had anything to do with this car. Porsche wanted Zagato to do the work, but due to contractual conflicts, couldn't approach the carrozzeria directly. Instead, Porsche enlisted Carlo Abarth to act as the middleman. In the end, while Porsche believed Abarth was contracting with Zagato, Abarth actially hired Scaglione to do the design and had the first prototype built by Viarenzo & Filliponi, not Zagato.

There are a number of sources to support this. Here's one from the Revs Institute:

Yes, Zagato is the name I was looking for.
Like a lot of cars, the history has become somewhat murky.

It's true that the body design is believed to have been by Scaglione and it's also true that Porsche liked the original prototype by Zagato best and wanted to give them the job, but they couldn't do it because of a conflict of interest so it was given to Abarth - who promptly gave it to Zagato...
But in fact Zagato never built any of the 21 'production' cars as they didn't have the capacity at the time so sub-contracted it on again, the first 3 being built by Rocco Motto and the remainder by Viarengo & Filipponi.  Most of this information was there in the link you provided.
I'll give you the point for all your information; just to mention though, we don't allow any links in the puzzles section so I've removed the one  you posted.  Such links are interesting, however, so they can be sent by Personal Message instead.
