Perhaps one of these Japanese conversions based on a modern automobile which mimics vintage Occidental cars... It has a vague likeliness of the Autobianchi Primula, or maybe the Austin 1100.

Here's the original un-modified puzzle picture along with a rear view (looks like a cut-and-shut job where they couldn't find an 1100 rear end to graft on so used the next best thing, from an Austin Maxi...!
